A Perfect Shine Cleaning is San Diego’s premier cleaning company for ALL your cleaning needs. We offer house cleaning, maid service, spring or deep cleaning, post construction cleaning, final clean, vacancy or move-out cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, power washing and hauling. We also provide commercial janitorial services including stripping and waxing floors. A Perfect Shine does NOT subcontract or use Independent Contractors. We perform all cleaning services with our own employees. A Perfect Shine is Licensed, Bonded and Insured. We provide uniformed employees in company cars. Cosiguina Beach Hotel

Coming soon! Cosiguina Beach Hotel will be a series of cabins with palm thatched roofs built around a central pool. The design will be modeled off Hotel Isleta de Gaia located in Guatemala. We will offer surfing and fishing tours to local waters. We also will offer ATV tracks around the property. We are in the beginning design stage and hope to partially open by the end of 2009. We have 14 acres of beach front property located on the Northern Peninsula of Nicaragua. Please check back often to see our progress! My wife and I have been married for 10 years. I was a former Peace Corps Volunteer who lived in Nicaragua for over 3 years. My wife is Nicaraguan and we married in Nicaragua after I completed my Peace Corps service. We have since lived in San Diego, CA where we own a Janitorial Company. We have 2 children ages 3 and 5. We visit Nicaragua once a year with the kids. We have had the dream of opening up a small hotel for the last 10 years and we just recently were able to purchase the perfect property and begin our dream. We hope you come down to visit us in Nicaragua and allow us to share with you all the beauty Nicaragua has to offer. We hope to offer a low key, affordable vacation. We want to offer lots of activities: surfing, hiking Cosiguina Volcano, tours to different towns, fishing, ATV ing, etc… We look forward to meeting fun, adventurous interesting people.
