Text Box: The Plan is to develop a hotel for vacationers to come and enjoy the peace and serenity Nicaragua has to offer. We will provide fishing and surfing tours to local waters. We will also provide ATV’s and tracks around our 14 acre property. We will provide transportation to and from the airport in Managua. We will offer tours to the surrounding areas; including Volcano Cosiguina, Chinandega and Leon - the closest major cities.
